This course provides an introduction to the principles of X-ray, CT, PET, MRI and ultrasound imaging. The emphasis is on providing linear models of each modality, which allows linear systems and Fourier transform techniques to be applied to analysis problems.

This can be short, i.e. one page. I am assuming everyone is working in groups of 2 at this point, unless you have an exception from me. Please put both names on the assignment.

Final Project Presentation Schedule
Monday, December 10, 2012 and Wednesday, December 12, 2012

Due Monday, December 17, 2012 by 5:00 pm:
Written project reports (a summary of your presentation with results and quantitative metrics of quality) delivered to Prof. Parker's Hopeman office or mailbox. These should have a short narrative of no more than 3 pages, plus additional figures, images, and graphs to demonstrate the concept and the results.
