    However, other factors, such as participation in class and demonstrated effort on problem sets can make a difference in the final grade.

    Paper Survey

    Paper survey will present the summary of 2-3 papers you choose from the wireless communications literature.

    Research Project

    Each student must complete a course research project related to a topic in the wireless area. Projects can base on simulations, analysis, or field experiments. Any topic in the wireless communications field is acceptable, subject to approval. You may work in groups of up to 4 people, but this is not required. At the end of the semester, each group will present their work in class and turn in a conference-style paper describing the project.

    Academic Honesty

  • Collaboration on homeworks allowed and encouraged but all students must turn in their OWN solutions.
  • Copying solutions from other students or solutions obtained in other ways constitutes academic dishonesty 
        and will be dealt with accordingly.
  • Cheating on exams will also not be tolerated.
